Shadowhunters revolves around the story of Clary Fray (played by Katherine McNamara) who found out on her eighteenth birthday that she is not just a normal teenager but rather she came from a long line of Shadowhunters. These are human-angel hybrids who were tasked to hunt down and fight demons. Aside from the reality that Clary had to face, the story also highlights the forbidden love between Clary and Jace Herondale (played by Dominic Sherwood).

If you want to spend your time watching a TV series that have an awesome mythology based storyline, LGBTQ+ representation, and interesting love story, then Shadowhunters is your best pick. The story have all sorts of creatures such as humans with angelic bloods and Downworlders (vampires, werewolves, seelies, and warlocks) which will keep you interested every step of the way. Furthermore, the series have a good amount of LGBTQ+ representation with the likes of Alec (gay shadowhunter) and Magnus (bisexual warlock) who are in a relationship.
